If the 2nd Amendment only applies to arms available at the time it was written such as muskets, then the 1st Amendment equally applies only to media available at the time, i.e. “the (printing) press”, so the 1st amendment should not apply to TV, radio or the Internet.

There is no “moderate” or “radical” Islam. There is Dar al Harb and Dar al Islam. That’s it. The “peaceful” Muslims still believe the same thing as the “radicals”.

Our founding fathers were aare of potential devastation weapons man was imagining. Franklin especially knew of potential mega weapons. Not the potential of the atom bomb, but even DaVinci designed a tank. Yet, tanks were not restricted
