The author if this, Jay Michaelson, is a man trapped in horrific sin and wants to punish anyone who tells him of God's Word and of God's Authority.

Meanwhile, the “war on religion” narrative appears to be gaining ground. According to data from the Public Religion Research Institute, 61 percent of white evangelicals believe that religious liberty is being threatened today. (Only 37 percent of non-white Christians believe this, suggesting that what’s really happening is an erosion of white Christian hegemony; the “browning of America” goes hand in hand with the de-Christianizing of America.) They believe they have lost the culture war, and even that LGBT people should now pity them.

It is actually you we pity Jay. You are lost, and on your way to Hell itself unless you repent and turn to the Savior.

In other words, “religious liberty” is not merely a tactic: it is a sincerely held belief among the religious right, which, not coincidentally, feeds into the belief that we are living in the End Times—something an astonishing 77 percent of American evangelicals believe.

Yes Jay, we believe in the Word of God and His prophecy.

We shouldn’t think of Kim Davis and her ilk as motivated by hate. Actually, they are motivated by fear, which is based in reality but expressed in fantasy.

"Ilk?" Nice. Motivated by fear? Well, yes, when our lawless government and courts haul innocent Christians in jail simply because they are loyal to God, people have a rational fear of fascist like you. History is piled up with the bodies of those murdered because of you and your "ilk."

There’s not really a villain pulling the strings of social change, but like the God concept itself, mythic thinking creates a personification of evil who is fighting the war on religious liberty, the war on Christmas, the war on Christianity. These malevolent evildoers are like a contemporary Satan: a fictive embodiment of all of the chaotic, complex forces that threaten the stability of religious order.

So much irony here. Jay refuses to see or acknowledge that Satan is the evil force that has entrapped him and those who will not come to the Lord, yet he sees the saved as the evil ones.

"Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter."

Isaiah 5:20

You time is short Jay. Very short. Evil will intensify, and the world will get worse. Judgment is coming. Your sin and lust has blinded you to the Truth.

Christ is coming for His own.

I pray you wake up before it is too late.

John 3:17-21. The author loves the darkness and in his arrogance is seeking any form to satiate the void in his life, except the truth.

He can't perceive the spiritual domain because he is soulish,..the natural man.

Romans 1:32
Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death,
they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.
