I love that. Go Cruz with that. Ethanol should not be mandatory in my gasoline!! If you want that crap — buy it but you MUST have the choice!!

Well, although this was terrible reporting, at least the correction was relatively quick and thorough.

Clever and funny. Maybe read a book every so often. Take up the time you waste on this.

But the RFS doesn't expire in 2022 under current law. Instead, it includes a table with mandated volumes up to 2022, and then has this passage:
"for calendar years after the calendar years specified in the tables shall be determined by the Administrator, in coordination with the Secretary of Energy and the Secretary of Agriculture, with a review of the implementation of the program during calendar years specified in the tables, and an analysis of" various market factors. Where is the phase-out?

Good Grief. Cruz sponsored legislation in 2014 calling for a 5 year phase out of ethanol subsidies and mandates. He has been consistent on this all along.

Cruz would be the best President the USA has ever had.
To: Isara
They need to have liberal gas, with high amounts of ethanol and conservative gas, with no ethanol. Let the liberals pay for their nonsense at the pump, while the rest of us get clean running equipment.

Bummer for you guys. Where I live we have gas stations all over that sell non-ethanol gas. Part of the reason is that we have a whole lot of boats and no one wants to burn that ethanol crap in their boat.
These non-ethanol gas stations are all independent mom and pop type places. The non-ethanol gas is a little more expensive for some reason.
