I.e. an all-Dem gummit would basically be a suicide pact.
Happily there seem to be some signs that God is raising up circumstances to guide America away from disaster. The big question is whether the “We The People” are willing to row towards the shore of sanity as well. They are fickle. It could take someone like a Trump to unite them in a race blind, class blind vision.

We lost the House and Senate in November 2014, in case KR hasn’t noticed.

Karl the “canned ham” Rove hasn’t gotten a prediction right or supported a winning candidate in 8 years.

Go home Karl. The world has changed and has moved on without you.

Teats on a bull has more relevance because it is one useful criteria in selecting breeding stock. This is far more than you can say for Rove.

I think someone should mention to the “brilliant” Mr. Rove that if Trump wins this, Congress, no matter what its makeup, will be his b*tch.

This man would sooner sabotage things than see a winning Trump and the change he brings to the White House and party.

The idea that the chicken shit Republican establishment can hold onto what they have will depend entirely on whether Republicans are more disgusted with the Republicans or the Democrats. Remember 2006! The Republican electorate threw a tantrum in response to the Republican House and Senate abandoning economic conservatism and going on a spending spree!

Didn’t Rovio state on election night that Romney was going to win because of Florids and Ohio?

Of course Rove and the rest of the consultant class hates Trump, because he doesn’t hire them.

Let’s say Rove is right for the moment. Let’s say we nominate someone like Rubio who barely pulls out a win, and we manage to keep a bare majority in the senate. How exactly is that better than what we have now? Seriously! The Republican led senate is as much our enemy as the White House. Frankly, I’d rather take a shot on Cruz or Trump and lose than to win with the likes of McConnell in the senate and Jebbie in the presidency. That’s hardly “winning” either.
