Actually from what I read it went like this:
Zero had a meeting at 5:00 with Panetta and another official I can’t recall and passed off the entire Benghazi matter to Panetta.
I think he knew the fos force would be called in by Carter Ham which it was and that he was the only one who could authorize it so he hid out.
Rumors are zero was blitzed out of his mind from 7:00pm on although he made a call to hillary at 10:00pm where they created the video BS as an excuse.
Looks like to me both hillary and zero were in hiding when benghazi got really hot.
Carter Ham wound up trying to send the FOS force to Benghazi and one minute after he did he was relieved of command by his #2.
Now how did his #2 know this was going to happen and who instructed him to relive Ham of duty within a minute of it all happening.I don’t have a good answer for any of that.You would think the fix had to be in.
My guess is the pilot of the FOS plane had to turn back because he never got permission from zero to enter Lybian air space.

We know Operation Zero Footprint was the covert transfer of weapons from the U.S to the Libyan “rebels”. We also know the operation avoided the concerns with congressional funding, and potential for public scrutiny, through financing by the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

We also know that officials within the government of Qatar served as the intermediaries for the actual transfer of the weapons, thereby removing the footprint of the U.S. intervention.

We know the entire operation was coordinated and controlled by the State Department and CIA. We also know (from the Senate Foreign Relations Benghazi hearings) that “Zero Footprint” was unknown to the 2011 Pentagon and/or DoD commanders who would have been tasked with any military response to the 9/11/12 attack - namely AFRICOM General Carter Ham.

Sec. Leon Panetta, knew of the Val_erie Jarrett orders as it was a DO NOT DISTURB NIGHT. That protocol has it's connotations as Panetta has run into Obama on those nights and understands from previous encounters that attempting to interact with Obama on those occasions is a futile effort, because what was taking place on Benghazi Eve, was an Obama boys night in as has been posted on exclusively here.
Panetta is clueless as are the majority of the White House operatives in what is fully behind the Jarrett DND sign for Obama, but the context of what Panetta has encountered was a Birther Obama stoned out of his gourd and literally incapacitated.
The staff fully comprehends they are flying on their own on these DND nights.

For the exclusive, Obama had his interaction on Benghazi, and then went off as was his evening in having a “dance” with one of his imported 10 year old Kenyan boys smuggled into the White House by the Caucasoid operative who ferries these children in and out to service beloved leader.
On the Benghazi night, Obama had his viagra, dancing, smoked his weed and snorted his coke, shot his wad, and then, as is always the case as he was stoned, he passed out in a chair and that is where he stays until morning when Val_erie Jarrett goes to fetch him.

For those who might wonder what Mrs. Robinson Obama thinks of these known events, she is not sleeping alone, which surprised me in inquiry, as her bed partner is Val_erie Jarrett and on these DND nights while Obama is stoned, Val_erie and Muchelle are being lesbian in doing some coke and weed too. The only time they really partake of narcotics is in their lesbian time.

Hard to say how much of this is real and how much is not.
I'm pretty sure he made a call to hillary or she called him at 10:00 so there is a discrepancy right there.But this is another scenario to at least be considered.

She was under oath when she testified before the Benghazi Committee, I do believe.

Pompeo asked her about Mark Turi & she denied knowing who he was. When Pompeo brought up the gun running, in my opinion, her whole demeanor changed ... her overall body language became very quiet & ‘self-contained’ - no big gestures, etc. & she looked very serious. She was in dangerous territory & knew it. She also lied her @ss off (IMO). I also got the impression the committee knew enough to know she was lying, but that wasn’t the time or place to get into it & challenge her.
