God intended sex to be a means of expressing love between and man & his wife. And the means for procreation. God also made it pleasurable. However, that was secondary to the two primary purposes.
Leave out the first two and the third cannot fully satisfy. The hunger is still there, so people try to increase the QUANTITY, hoping to fill the emptiness.
I suppose you could weld a 3-point hitch on to a Lamborghini, hook up a bush hog and use it to clear the back 40...maybe. But that's NOT what it was created for.

I have known those who had AIDS in the 1980s and watched as their death approached. Today there are a cocktail of meds that keep one with HIV alive for years, even decades now. But, you can still sort of tell.
