After seeing this video and another one, I can understand how some will see this as a straight forward execution of someone who dared oppose the government. Now, I am not saying that is what it was, but many will see it that way.
I expect there will be nasty repercussions.

i think the first shot came from the guy darting toward the truck as it goes into the ditch as you can see a bullet hole on the drivers side of the windshield
looks like two flashbangs after he’s shot and i count four more shots into the truck after he’s down
