Agreed. I was torn as well, but his child like behavior thoroughly disgusted me. I agree with Trump on a lot, but if he pulls one of those stunts against Hillary, he will lose. I remember when she was running for Senate and her opponent Rick Lazio- a very personable guy- strode towards her in a debate to ask her to sign a pledge. She jump back terrified like he was going to attack her. Her eyes widened and she got a case of the vespers. Boom. A close race went down the toilet (she is such a bad candidate that Lazio who had jumped in at the last minute was quickly narrowing the gap in Deep blue Ny)

There is that too. It is an odd medium.

Serious question. Are you ok with his wife working for Goldman Sachs?

Pray America wakes

I’d put Cruz on the Supreme Court in the Scalia chair.

The problem is that some Lefty Federal Judge will rule that he is not natural born. And now there is not a 5th. vote on the Supreme Court to reverse that.

We need a solid Christian president in there. Chistendom invented Freedom, and it is Chistendom who will bring it back, God willing. Even if you are not a Christian, and merely cling to an instrumentalist political philosopby, you should still be rooting for Christian revival and a Christian president, if your goal is to reestablish the blessings of linerty.

Are you honestly comparing Trump to Rick Lazio??? He won that debate and then did the Gentleman Loser bit and lost the election.

Trump would never allow that to happen. And there’s a lot of water under the bridge since Miss Hilary was a tender, delicate bud running for her first office.

Scalia would rule that he’s eligible? Not likely.

That’s nothing more than a pipe dream. =)

Obama would only validate Cruz to the dem’s.
Cruz would have virtually no problem being confirmed....Cruz wouldn’t have to accept the nomination. Cruz becomes either the next president or supreme court justice. His choice.

Not happening. Keep dreaming though!

Funny idea. There is no way that is going to happen, but one can dream. Cruz is a young man and would do more good for this country in the Supreme Court than he could ever do as President. That would be one huge gift.

I like Sowell, but you don’t need a Harvard Law degree to understand the importance of a Supreme Court pick under these circumstances.

Yes, he does speak slowly as if he’s talking to a stupid child. Not pleasant, is it?

None of them can grasp why Trump is winning. And it’s really pretty simple.

Now, the response from a Cruz supporter would be - see, simple things for simple people, as if theirs is the "sophisticated" candidate.

And this misses the whole simple point that Trump has made - the Washington establishment - including Cruz - is so wrapped up in its own process, smug superiority, and claim of nuanced and sophisticated policy planning that they have entirely overlooked that they are 8,000 miles from the American people - over there in the Middle East and Caucasians and worked up over Russia taking Sevastopol, which they always had, when we are all right here needing a good deal of attention at home.

Argue another brief before the Supreme Court Rafael does not really stand back and see what is happening. And his supporters want to argue "conservative principles" not what are the most important issues facing American citizens today and for their future.

He’s just underscoring the obvious, which is unfortunately a requirement in this day and age.

“Wait. Let me get this straight. The reason we are now supposed to vote for Ted is because there is an opening on the Supreme Court?”

Silly rabbit. Any reason is a good reason to lose your mind and back Cruz. Haven’t you been paying attention to Guns and Gold guy??

TRUMP 2016!!
