Yes, I do think Rubio suffers from an illness. In the Air Force we called it CS. When the chips are down go some where and hide, or better yet, let the staffers or police take care of the situation. Then you speak up. Yes, I would guess he suffers from CS. I wouldn’t trust him to be a strong leader. Look what he’s done to our border agents, the police etc.
