Trump: Vladimir Putin's praise is 'a great honor'...It is always a great honor to be so nicely complimented by a man so highly respected within his own country and beyond ,"

"I think that I would probably get along with him [Putin] very well."
--Donald Trump, CBS' Face The Nation, Oct 2015

Joe Scarborough: Again, he [Putin] kills journalists that don't agree with him
Trump: Well, I think our country does plenty of killing also, Joe, so, you know. There's a lot of stupidity going on in the world right now, Joe. Lot of killing going on, a lot of stupidity, and that's the way it is.
There are organizations called “True the Vote” and I have seen special apps for smartphones that monitor for possible voter fraud.
"I think it's fine. I think it's fine, but we should have made a better deal," Trump added. " The concept of opening with Cuba is fine."

Ted Cruz on ISIS, Russia, Obama, missile defense, and the New START Treaty with Russia...
"If we want to actually dismantle ISIS, we need to dramatically change course. We need a real, robust campaign that maximizes our overwhelming air advantage.
We need to focus our efforts not on trying to create friends, but on supporting our real ones, especially the Kurds in Iraq and Syria who have actually had success against ISIS."
-snip-
"We can redouble our efforts to develop the defensive weapons that neutralized the offensive Soviet threat -- particularly missile defense, which has seen a 25% budget reduction under Obama, according to an analysis from the conservative Heritage Foundation, and has been constrained by bad arms deals like New START.
We should not only move quickly to install the canceled interceptor sites Putin opposed in Poland and the Czech Republic, but also to develop the next generation of systems that will only increase his discomfiture.
These options do not entail a ground war in Syria, yet would effectively shake us free from the failed policies that have brought us to our current impasse.
These options set us on a new path that puts Putin on notice that the United States is reclaiming our traditional role as leader of the free world."

"I think it would be a mistake to get involved in the Syrian civil war. There have been voices in Washington eager for us to send our sons and daughters over to fight that civil war for some time. I haven't been one of them. I think the touchstone of U.S. military policy should be protecting the national security of this country."
"What we're seeing Putin in Russia do is a direct response to the profound weakness of Obama over six and a half years.
Putin views Obama as weak, as ineffective, and frankly, as a laughingstock. And, as a result, he is moving in, he is invading his neighbors, like Ukraine, he's kidnapping Estonians, and he's moving into Syria to gain a stronger foothold in the Middle East."

Ted Cruz:
"We need a coherent plan to address both the specific crisis in Syria and the challenge posed more broadly by Putin's resurgent Russia.
The good news is that America still has options, if our leaders can summon the will to exercise them.
For starters, in Syria we can't double down on the failed strategies that have given Putin his opportunity to intervene.
We are now two years out from President Obama's proposed intervention after al-Assad used chemical weapons against his own people. ..."

Yes, I thought that was true, too. I know a lot of people are not going to read an article that doesn’t support their own position; they want their bias reinforced. I try to read both that which I agree with and articles that don’t support my own position.
He won college-educated people in NH. I’m not sure about SC. So this is a lie as well.
Well you don’t know me but I have several college degrees and I’m not a supporter. I run In a large circle of long time conservatives with advanced college degrees and very few are Trump supporters.
they want their bias reinforced
We can see this strengthened bias by the bluster which follows the article; captured poignantly in the ‘stopped reaing right there’ posture adopted by many...
It is undeniable that Trump will lose some of Romney’s white college support, but Rubio or Cruz, particularly Cruz, would as well; it is equally undeniable that all three, but particularly Trump, will gain on Romney’s non college white total...the basic problem is, non college voters do not turn out in sufficient numbers to significantly effect the outcome, and that’s what has to change...
Hillary Clinton will garner all the high school diploma crowd if Trump does not steel some of them.
Hillary wins the unproductive class vote hands down and these are the High School drop outs.
What's your point?
Well of course he can’t win. Been saying that from the get go.
For what it’s worth, I’m a college grad also. My guy is Cruz but I will vote for Trump if it comes to that. America cannot withstand eight years of Obama II, the Clinton Error.
No that’s not it. People don’t vote, or not vote, out of jealousy. They loathe the clown ... and for good reason. I’m one of ‘em. I don’t know any college educated Conservatives (and I know pretty much nothing but) that will support him. They think he is a fool and would destroy America, especially internationally.
We need a President, not a frat boy. Sadly, we need a Conservative President and we aren’t going to get one.
The way things are going, there are going to be those who do not like Trump and there are going to be those who do not like Cruz. Like it or not it will come down to one of them. People are FED UP with RINOS, PERIOD.
I’m with you. Everyone I work with is college educated and none, not one, supports Trump. The amount of disdain for his demeanor and his behavior is nearly as high as it is for Clintons. We definitely need conservative leadership. It seems for many people that they cannot distinguish between a clown who is a caricature of conservative values and principled conservatives.
Only problem is, in exit polling he’s winning the College educated as well... So, another swing and a miss.
Same here. I will support either Cruz or Trump because the country cannot handle another Dem in the White House and I do have a college degree.
Right now it is very important to take America back!
And yet every analysis and poll says you are wrong. There ARE no Reagan Democrats. They are dead. Blacks LOVE the Dims and Hildabeast. Latinos will try and get the Virgin Mary to come vote against Trump. Think Latinos won’t? In my own State of CA the GOP is absolutely and completely dead because of the hate Latinos have for the GOP and they VOTE.
Trump just isn’t a “I wanna vote for the other guy” guy. He is hated and loathed by a huge swath of America and the Hildabeast Media hasn’t yet unloaded on him.
I would like it if Trump were just the GOPe killer, but he is the killer of Conservatism. Oh it will hang on awhile, but if he is nominated, Conservatism dies.
Also Hillary has health issues we do not know about. She has been seen coughing a lot.
...Yeah, right. Just like he has a ceiling that he won’t get above.
It's like deja-vu, all over again. ....Yogi Berra
