Trump was the guy in the videos promoting is "Trump University". That's far more than just licensing his name. He claimed to beactively involved and just about every sigle claim he made about his "University" ws a lie.
These “Learn How To Flip Houses and Become Rich” free seminars happen every weekend. And idiots go to them and buy the books and CDs. Are they frauds? Only to dummies.
Well if you’re going to get payed to have your name thrown around, you better damn well make sure it’s not a scam.
The ruling on motion to dismiss was denied today. That is new news.
They have these things that are free that have speakers like Steve Forbes, George Foreman, Colin Powell etc. They also have con artists selling their wares. All the big names get paid. The con artists split their money with the promoter who in turn pays the big names.
They’re fun to go to but leave your credit card at home. Otherwise you might buy something.
Now that I read it, this is in Trump’s favor!!!!! It was the State’s appeal that was rejected. The upper court upheld the dismissal of all the 7 charges by a previous judge and the State appealed that!!! There is only one left. Incidentally, virtually no articles mention the generous refund policy that the program offered if you were unhappy:; 40% gladly got their money back!!
This was the appeal, and you are correct. Now that I read it, the upper court affirmed the rejection of seven charges. The article plays upon folks ignorance.

Someone who is given license to use a name is not an underling...the problem is politics, law, and economics really are not easily understood. Hence, Trumps manner of talking that fits with the masses. What I say is true, but doesn’t have the power other than perhaps with some here to really make much impact or difference. Donald Trump is our promised messiah who will deliver us to our hoped for life. HE will make all things right and will punish those who have tormented us. I believe you mean “principle” not “principal”. I would suspect Trump probably has stomped and stood on a principal or two over the years.
