Those are just the “named plaintiffs”, there are 5,000+ in the three different cases.

I’ve read the pleadings. Trump is going to lose, Yuuuuge!!!

Trump will ose all the lawsuits related to his Trump University scam. The one in CA is a RICO action, so he will have to pay treble damages plus the legal fees of the plaintiffs.

Trump is going to get crushed.

Did he jeopardize America's national security and place our troops and other agent's lives in dire danger by compromising highly classified intelligence information on an unsecured personal email server?

I didn't think so.

Then how come 90% of the reviews were highly positive and the only named commenters who had the seminar said it was well worth the money?

In a separate class action civil suit in mid-February 2014, a San Diego federal judge allowed claimants in California, Florida, and New York to proceed.

A Trump counterclaim, alleging that the state Attorney General’s investigation was accompanied by a campaign donation shakedown, was investigated by a New York ethics board and dismissed in August 2015.

Trump also filed a $1 million defamation suit against former Trump University student Tarla Makaeff, who had spent about $37,000 on seminars, after she joined the class action lawsuit and publicized her classroom experiences on social media.

Unable to prove malice, Trump University lost an anti-SLAPP lawsuit (under statutes designed to thwart legal intimidation of class action participants) and was ordered by a U.S. District Judge in April 2015 to pay Makaeff and her lawyers $798,774.24 in legal fees and costs.

“That just shows you how low they will go to silence people”, Makaeff said.

Despite Trump’s claim to have won much of the lawsuit, as of February 2016, all three lawsuits are still pending.

RE: I’d vote for Trump if they put him on death row.

The final piece of evidence that GOP voters are now just as stupid at Democrat voters.

So he defrauded many thousands of gullible, desperate people to increase his wealth.

And this comes from where? There are 5 people in this suit and they had a money back guarantee that they didn't invoke.

The ruling on motion to dismiss was denied today. That is new news.

Close, but not quite. Try again.

Yes, of course they did. They will manufacture or support any political scheme that fits their narrative. NY State is ground zero for leftist-progressivism, even more so than California because its had longer to stew and concentrate in NY State Government. Its like the former East Germany. Their range actions and ideology are baked into the cake.

BS...That’s what the suit was about early on. You can’t just say 5000 plaintiffs. You must name the plaintiffs and there were 5 and now there are 4.

Trump won’t have much left to self-fund any more. If he gets the nomination, Morning Schmoe and the rest of the media will stop taking his calls. Then there’s nothing left to do but take bets on how badly he loses to the Hillbilly Clowntoons.

Absolutely, NY politics.

And the AG totally made it up that Trump couldn't use the title University as in Trump University. And so he changed the name after using it for several years.

Um, if you think the matter regarding Hillary’s emails is a witch hunt as opposed to a serious matter regarding violation of federal law that may very well have compromised National Security, you may not belong here.

PS Agree re: the Cruz eligibility matter.

The fact that the courts would announce this on SUPER TUESDAY illustrates their POLITICAL BIAS. This is NOT a coincidence. They should ALL recuse themselves for their political motivations here. Disgusting.

WHAT?! Only 5 (or 4) people, and the LSM is making this much stink over it? From all the LSM coverage, I thought it must be dozens or more. Just wow!
