Other than “Ronald Reagan’s Republican Party”, which to me is an abstraction, what harm has been done.

When the GOPe campaign money dries up, I wonder how stridently the moderate to conservative press will beat up on Trump.

I think most of them will back off.  Even Romney is not a free agent.  He is doing the GOPe's bidding right now because it's expected of him.

Once Trump gets past March 15th and wins Florida and Ohio, the shooting match is over, and we'll start to see a change.

In the meantime, Morning Joe, Krauthammer, George Will, and lots of other media pundits need to contact their doctor and get a prescription to Trumpazine.

GHW Bush already crushed Ronald Reagan’s legacy.

Donald Trump is crushing George Herbert Walker Bush’s party, son, and life’s evil, one world order work.

The elites of both parties use hit button issues to distract the country while they enact globalism. Obama ran against NAFTA (people forget that) and was caught on tape telling the Canadians he was only saying this for the election. Trump scares the elites because he means it.

If Reagan's fabled coalition ruled Republican politics for 40 years we wouldn't be 20 trillion dollars in debt.

BINGO!

It hasn’t been Reagan’s party since 1988. It has been the Bush party feeding off the coalition that Ronnie built and slowly destroying it.

The Bush brand did in fact result in the total destruction of the Reagan era. We did it to ourselves. The wholesale decline of all that is America must be said to have had its beginning with the election of Bush 41.

Here is a alternative explanation that conforms with my enlightened call in 2012 that the fledgling US Republic was officially on death watch.

What trump is getting, is a mixture of both democrat, republican and independent votes from people who on most any day depend in some way on either the federal or state governments, for their welfare, and that would include subsidies, or tax credits, or welfare, or even employment.

As a group, they are very worried. Social security did not have a COLA increase, numerous government funded programs have run out of money or are running out, and Trump promises to make government better! They believe it because no conservative will pander to them so the choice is limited. To vote for a Conservative under these circumstances is to these voters......suicide.

It just is what it is,,,The data explains it in that the wagon is full of people and it’s too heavy for the 1.4 contributors to pull. If they are not receiving aid they are depending on government for their employment and their entire future and livelihood.

This degradation fell off the cliff in 2012 with the reelection of Obama for much the same reasoning as the current trump phenomenon.

The falling does not hurt, and we really don’t even notice it, anymore than we notice that we are speeding through space in one of billions of galaxies..

But that sudden stop when we hit bottom, will be felt by all. And it’s approaching at light speed. When it happens no one will remember that they voted for this to occur.
