I would have last year. Now he did pretty much as I expected him to do.

“Last night was Cruz’s Alamo moment, and he ran away.”
_______________

Actually, it was worse than that. It would require extraordinary courage to agree to face certain death. It didn’t require any courage for Cruz, Kasich, and Rubio to make a simple statement unequivocally supporting the 1st Amendment and condemning the Marxists and Anarchists that were violating the free speech rights of all those who had peacefully and orderly assembled to hear Mr. Trump at a rented, approved venue.

Instead, they all chose to take a political “cheap shot” at the expense of ALL of OUR 1st Amendment rights!

RevCom.

That’s the spark trying to light a full blown fire.

Ref RevCom - read in specific their 7 March article.

Also look for the 9 March book store event.

Preplanned, intentional, and overtly violent.

Although he was spouting the right philosophy, my gut always told me something was not right about Cruz.

Mainly, his VOICE. It’s horrible. Nasal.

I have thought for several years that a guy in politics with a horrible voice, and who obviously is too proud and stubborn to DO SOMETHING about the voice, has a deeper problem.

Now we all know. He’s a fraud. He’s a Bush operative.

We live in an era where EVERYBODY is an operative of somebody else. The “President” is an operative of the Muslim Brotherhood. All but one Republican is an operative of the Bush family.

It was not a cheap shot.

it was politically expensive that it was beyond Cruz’s means and has bankrupted him

His campaign is now worthless

I think it’s quite possible that Cruz intended to be an honest outsider, but was corrupted at some point.

It may be he’s still a pure conservative, but has been duped.

It’s also possible he’s like Rubio, riding the Tea Party wave to privilege with no intent of following through on arrival, but has been better at keeping the act up while supporting the “Washington Cartel” when it matters. He’d be extremely useful as a safety valve for conservative voter anger in this role.

It could be he’s the true conservative, and all the other evidence is false or misleading.

In every scenario I can see patriotic conservatives supporting Cruz at least at the outset. I sent him money before the Trump campaign started lifting rocks to expose the gunk underneath.

I don’t think Trump is perfect by any means, and he may well disappoint, but he’s sure got all the right enemies.

LOL. I love wry humor.

It’s certainly becoming the, “Cheap shot heard round the world!”

Cruz is no doubt very intelligent and I would imagine he grew up being told he was destined for great things. When your preacher father anoints you, a national talk show host like Beck tells the nation that you are the answer to our prayers and even Dershowitz says you’re his smartest student ever, all that fawning can’t help but go to a man’s head. Take all that and couple it with another issue a lot of extremely intelligent kids have growing up, and that is while they rapidly outpace their peers academically, their social development is somewhat retarded or skewed and you have Cruz.

At some point, his ego and sense of self-importance exceed the actual substance. First time I saw this video I laughed it off as a cocky teen, but the more I watch it, the more revealing I find it:

Cruz claims McConnell duped him when he voted for cloture on TPA. Either Cruz is “off the charts brilliant” or he is an easily duped idiot. If you believe the former than that explanation does not wash, if you believe the latter than much of the reason for voting Cruz is gone. I personally have come to believe he is a Bush wing GOPe insider and has been since at least 1999. That explains everything very neatly.

I left him two weeks ago. I found out more and more about him and saw he was not the guy who I first thought he was. He is just another sleazy, establishment career elected official willing to say anything and him getting in bed with the establishment was disgusting.

Bush administration
Cruz joined the George W. Bush presidential campaign in 1999 as a domestic policy adviser, advising then-Governor George W. Bush on a wide range of policy and legal matters, including civil justice, criminal justice, constitutional law, immigration, and government reform.

Cruz assisted in assembling the Bush legal team, devising strategy, and drafting pleadings for filing with the Supreme Court of Florida and U.S. Supreme Court, in the case Bush v. Gore, during the 2000 Florida presidential recounts, leading to two wins for the Bush team. Cruz recruited future Chief Justice John Roberts and noted attorney Mike Carvin to the Bush legal team.

“Let me encourage other members of the establishment: Keep supporting Donald Trump because every time you do it, what it is doing is telling conservatives all over the country is where you stand and who stands with you”.
- Ted Cruz, New Hampshire stump speech

Cruz demonstrated what a little man he really is. No different than Rubio, or even Barry, for that matter.

Looking back on how Cruz has handled his campaign, time and time again, Cruz has shown us he lacks judgement. From supporting Obamatrade, TPP, partnering with Beck and Bush, to robocalls and spam ad nauseum, to the shanannigans in Iowa. The man is a snake and a liar. He’s about as bad as the current WH occupant.

Cruz is my reluctant back up choice to DONALD TRUMP.... I just do not understand why the Republicans constantly bash each other ,while the other RATS,stick together no matter what...Trump is clearly the Pople’s choice this election cycle. If this nomination is stolen from TRUMP, what is the alternative???

I do believe Mr Trump has completely turned the whole political realm upside down,to the point where all the rotten apples have fallen off the tree for all to see... How can anyone in the PUBIC-LAN Party not support Trump if he is the nominee????..I laugh when you a Nebraskan Senator say he will not vote for Trump!!!
