Not listening to Rush in months AND thank you for posting this to reinforce that decision. After finding out there was no Santa Claus, discovering that Rush is a liar...maybe a paid liar to boot...was hard to take.

I haven’t had any problem listening to the nonpartisan hosts, Limbaugh and Hannity. I’m sorry to have lost Levin for the terrible hatred he spews about Trump day in day out - can’t take it. Same with Michael Berry in Houston, used to love him but now he’s just so ugly about Trump. Why? Don’t these people know being hateful drives people the opposite way?

I believe Hannity has truly tried to stay neutral. Rush has kind of had the appearance of being neutral, but most people are able to tell fairly easily where his true loyalties are at. I view him sort of the same way that I view the management at FOX these days.
So basically, Trump has adopted Bernie Sanders’ position on trade.

Rush has said that the democrats have to be defeated. Period. That’s where he sides with Cruz, Trump talks about deals with them. Rush doesn’t like the deals part.

If Cruz “got it”, he would have not gone down an establishment path. IF he had done that, I would be supporting him. But, when push came to shove, he co-opted himself and joined with the establishment. It was, and will be, the final nail in the coffin of his run. Unfortunate...but true.

I think Rush has the long view, as do I. We are both going to vote for whoever wins the nomination. I do not want to be harshly bashing any of them. None of them deserve the kind of vitriol they are getting, IMO.
All are light years better than what the Dems will cough up. I will support any of them easily. Of course there are differences, preferences. But nothing I am going to get vicious about.
Rush is either outright afraid to openly insult a large portion of his audience or he is afraid of losing his next contract.
So he uses mind games such as reverse suggestion and innuendos in an effort to influence those who listen.
I wonder if he really believes when he says his audience is too smart to be influenced by him.

Rush is no longer able to call himself ‘conservative’ When he comes out (perhaps not as strongly as he might like to show) that he favors a Canadian born non NBC over a tried and true American Patriot, all “Conservatism’ has long gone out the window!!! This was my last 2 cents worth and put to good use.
