My comment wasn't to suggest Rhodes is some genius, it was to point out the utter stupidity of Republicans on those stupid oversight committees.
If Lois Lerner and Hillary Clinton can tie them up in knots and make them chase their own tails, there's no reason to believe Rhodes couldn't also.
