Why only gender identity rights?

What about white people who identify as black? Shouldn’t they also get scholarships that have been set aside for blacks?

Men pranksters will soon dominate women’s basketball and volley ball and softball and track and tennis. It will be hilarious to watch. It is all ready happening. If you self identify as a cat ( another physically impossible self identification driven by mental illness) do you get to have a litter box?

because of reality, whenever the government imposes fairness in a naturally unfair world, one group must be punished for cheating during conception.

Don’tcha just love it.

"Over the last 44 years, colleges have decimated non-revenue male teams like wrestling, swimming, diving, and gymnastics in an effort to create more opportunities for female athletes under the requirements of Title IX. In fact, nearly 500 wrestling teams have been dropped since 1972"

no....there was a choice to be made and the big schools choose expanding their football and basketball programs to multi million dollar status...

instead of perhaps reigning in the obscenity that is big college "sports" and keeping the traditional mens sports like wrestling, volleyball, etc, they instead double downed.

I HATE the fact that we won't have really female teams to watch...we are season ticket holders for a local womens college BB and were faithful, but just let them try to get the so called "transgenders" playing with them, and that will be it for us....

Thank you for referencing that article Kaslin. As usual, please note that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.

Patriots, you need to wake up and get a grip on the idea that everything about Title IX is unconstitutional imo.

Regarding Title IX’s prohibition on discrimination for example, the only race and sex-related rights that the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect is voting rights as evidenced by the 15th and 19th Amendments. And since INTRAstate school issues have nothing to do with voting rights, the corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Congress had no constitutional justification to pass Title IX.

And speaking of intrastate schooling, neither have the states constitutionally delegated to the feds the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for intrastate schooling.

In fact, previous generatons of state sovereignty-respecting justices had clarified that Congress is prohibited from approriating taxes in the name of state power issues, essentially any issue that Congress cannot justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers, deciding policy for intrastate schooling not among those powers.

“Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States.” —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.

State sovereignty-respecting justices had also clarififed that powers that the states haven’t delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the powers to tax and spend for intrastate schools, and also the power to deal with race and sex discrimination outside the scope of voting rights as examples, are prohibited to the feds.

”From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added].” —United States v. Butler, 1936.

So the money that the corrupt feds are threatening to withhold from the schools are arguably state revenues that the feds stole from the states by means of unconstitutional federal taxes.

The states need to get the corrupt, unconstitutional federal middleman out of their schools.

Remember in November !

Patriots need to support Trump by also electing a new, state sovereignty respecing Congress that will work within its Section 8-limited powers to support Trump’s vision for making America great again for everyone, including putting a stop to unconstitutonal federal interference in state affairs like schooling.

Note that such a Congress will also probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.

and does that make you proud?...that men can beat women at sports?..

..are you proud that these men WHO ARE TOO WEAK TO COMPETE AGAINST REAL MEN are taking the spots for real women..

..women that perhaps you might admire like Mary Lou Retton or Mia Lamm or Sharpavova or Peggy Flemming....

sometimes I forget that FR has a whole section of bitter, old men who hate and are jealous of women....that, or they're homosexuals.....

look....half the tax paying citizens of this country are women, perhaps even more.....

they deserve to have half the resources available in college.....

and they deserve to have half the scholarships awarded, and it doesn't make one bit of difference if its a profit making sport or not...because college sports is NOT supposed to be about running a jock mill.....

btw, in college BB this past year, the attendance went down, while the women's attendance went up....

We need to work these things through the Constitution. Unless we’re talking about one of the military academies, the feds shouldn’t be giving scholarships to anybody attending an INTRAstate school. Only the states have the constitutional authority to tax and spend for such a purpose unless they amend the Constitution to give the feds that power.

And the states would have more revenues to pay for scholarships if the states were to put a stop to unconstitutional federal taxes.

Title IX is Communism In Action. It is Communist Redistribution:

Title IX is about equality of outcome, which is tyranny, since the government must forcibly fabricate artificial fairness and categorically impose it upon all.

The Bill of Rights is about equality of opportunity, which is liberty, since all the natural factors in an individual’s life, both favorable and unfavorable, are allowed to play their part.

Regardless of the various narratives for or against Title IX, proportionality has been the brutal reality of government imposed fairness. Nevertheless, all of this will soon be history thanks to mental illness.

Oh, well.

A local radio announcer (former female college athlete) admitted it was possible for a guy to compete as a girl in the NCAA. She said the only tests she took were for performance-enhancing drugs.

This was back when Brittany Griner unexpectedly left the Olympic team. There were rumors that she was really a guy.
At the time, the IOC had more stringent rules than the NCAA.
