The cash is funneled to terrorist operatives in Europe to fund terror attacks on innocent people. Terrorists need cash. They don’t write checks or use credit cards. They pay in Euros and Francs for lodging, transportation and food. This way, “lone wolf” terrorist cells can move undetected until they strike. So...
