She didn’t violate the canon. In fact, she’d have been in violation if she had done any less.

Guilt and innocence aren’t particularly relevant in a criminal case. More important is due process. The prosecution builds its case; the defense answers. The theory is that if both parties do their jobs to their utmost, the final result will be just.

Even if a defense attorney knows his client is guilty as sin, his job is still to force the prosecution to build his best case. Look at OJ Simpson. The defense wasn’t all that good, but the prosecution was that bad. Was he guilty? Of course he was. Did the state prove it beyond a shadow of a doubt? Obviously not.

Hillary did her part as a defense counsel. But it was NOT her part to laugh and joke about it afterward. Anyone with a conscience would have gone home proud of serving due process, then cried themselves to sleep.

Unfortunately that's the sad truth........

I thought it wasn’t right to blame the victim, but Hillary did exactly that to get the criminals reduced sentences.

I find it's actually fairly common &mdahs; with respect to government, I remember the Waco investigations and how the ATF (et al) were being investigated for essentially being the aggressors towards [and essentially murdering] those inside the Branch Davidian compound and how the FBI (IIRC) essentially counter-accused (IIRC child molestation) trying to turn the issue from properly following procedures into essentially well they were bad-guys and so didn't deserve rights!.

It really doesn't hold up because child molestation is illegal, and that's not the issue cited in the warrant. (It was a tax-issue; one which the Davidians asserted they took care of and, in a sane world, which should have been clarified in a civil court* [as the government was claiming one reading of the regulations which was vague and the Davidians disputed].)

* To automatically throw such a dispute into criminal court is to deny the ability to petition the government via the Judiciary for clarification of rules without becoming a criminal or opening yourself to the possibility of being charged as one.

It’s the legal right of any accused in the USA.

And thank God for it!
(Remember Duke Lacross.)

It would be unjust to have a crime where the mere accusation is considered unchallengeable.

The really bad thing about Hillary here, is that she crowed about it afterwards while trying to represent herself as standing up for the opposite. I think we can want to see the government always forced by grilling to be honest even in the face of the worst criminal (whoever that might be) without acting like one was always speaking up for the deserved winner.

People who vote for Hillary ought to know that they are voting for a Machiavellian.

You’re claiming that a defense attorney is required to LIE and make stuff up??

I said "within the constraints of the law and the ethical canon." Lying under oath is perjury -- against the law. And an attorney caught fabricating evidence is subject to disbarment as a violator of the canon. So how do you get that I was claiming a defense attorney HAD to lie, or even encourage someone else to lie?

You live under the illusion that the courts exist to dispense justice. They don't. They serve as venues for the administration of due process, nothing more. "Justice" becomes what the legal system determines it is once due process is executed. That's the way our system of jurisprudence works. And it's got its flaws, for sure. The only thing worse is everything else.

I wouldn’t take a case like that and if I did why go after raped child like that? I don’t see anything admirable about anyone that would wilfully accept working to get these type criminals off when guilty.

This horrible, disgusting testimony about Hillary Clinton’s past decisions devastating a child for life deserves its own individual ping.

Please share this story with anyone you know who is still in doubt about whom to vote for in November.

Should be used in TV ads. Otherwise it will never get to many of the voters.

I embedded the audio link to the image. Please listen to this 6 minute audio with typed transcript of this evil bitch LAUGHING about getting a violent rapist off. "Look how clever I was, springing the rapist!"

If Trump paid for half-hour time blocks on TV with rapid mini-documentaries like this, NOBODY would be able to vote for this evil witch from hell.

The MSM will either not speak of it or they’ll say everyone deserves the best defense they can get.

I’m MUCH more concerned about the following

1. some mormon being thrown into the race JUST to take mormon states from Trump. I know no mormons. Do they vote based on religion? Will this work or not?

2. the debate runners are talking about bending the rules, (and bending us over) to let the libertarian in, even though he is not at 15 percent.

These aren’t concern troll questions. They’re legitimate.

Somebody please shoot them down for me, PLEASE and i will be glad not to mention them again.
