Conversions to conservatism are indeed the best fate for a liberal, but they are rare.
The second best fate for a liberal is the fate Seals had. So long as Seals remained a living liberal, the town of Ferguson would never be safe. Let’s hope the remaining liberals, both in Ferguson and in the rest of the US, meet one of the above two fates.

My guess is that he got a little too big for his britches, and was demanding a bigger payoff from the dems. Since he's outlived his usefulness, he was "dealt with".

Seals murder and that of another BLM figure in 2014 (same method) are going to be very veiling when they are solved. I suspect either they were involved in drug activity or, more hopefully, opposed it. I’d rather have them known as decent people than crooks or commies. Only time will tell but with Seals as a “Revolutionary”, etc., it doesn’t look good for any redemptionary behavior.

That is always my faint hope as well, but the sad truth is that the reform rate with young teenage offenders in our current culture, especially fatherless ‘minority’ males, is downright discouraging.
I remember when folks were criticizing the folks who ran “Beyond Scared Straight” because at some times 50% of the kids were shown to have kept on going with criminal activities in some degree. A few brave cops and youth workers risked their jobs to tell the idiot public that 50% is the success rate of the GOOD youth-offender programs.
