I can see why the professional GOP class hates Trump - he didn’t need them to win the primaries and he will win the general election without having to line their pockets.

Consider. Why would a popular figure, who has drawn tens of millions of relative newcomers to his movement, who are now becoming both aware of and personally involved in the Conservative movement, "decimate," the Conservative movement? The only people who would imagine that, simply do not themselves understand American Conservatism. They, the hand wringers, are the threat to American Conservatism.
As for the Global economy? What sort of a moron does not realize the incredible benefit to the World economy, when an unfettered, proud and optimistic America, was last allowed by her leaders to really compete in the world economy? Nothing would be more beneficial to the world, than an America returning to her ancestral values.
We do not need the hand-wringers; the politically correct apologists for the America that was; the America that God willing will emerge again, after November 8th.

I’m quite certain that in the months running up to the election of each of these 18 people that NONE scored 100% support of their party members.
Old Abe was particularly reviled by Democrats AND Republicans.
And some think, myself included, that this country in 2016 is polarized every bit as much as it was in 1860.
So, bottom line there have been Never Lincolns and Never Coolidge and Never Eisehowers just like Never Trumps. MSM is just Pimping this Never Trump bs this year because it helps divide and defeat Trump, they THINK.
He is a talented man. Most of us thought him sincere, until early 2016. But his total conduct over the past six months has been absolutely indefensible. His refusal to get on board for one of the three or four most Conservative Presidential candidates in the last 100 years; shows that he clearly puts personal pique ahead of what he has claimed to believe in, throughout his previous political life.
He spent maybe 40 seconds on iOS 10 a little more time on that than he did his cigar.
