Who needs food when you can work in a paradise?
Tell that to parents in Cuba or North Korea now. Tell that to parents who survived the Soviet era or East Germany.
Absent effective arms and ammunition - not rusty old shotguns and pistols - your entire family can drop dead and while you may be mad as hell you still won’t get more than three steps toward a regime goon before they turn you into a colander with AK-47s or a sniper blows your head off.
Well, maybe they can stage a sit-in, or do some interpretive dances. Being sheep for the last sixty years hasn’t made things better in Cuba or North Korea.
Human beings are amazing creatures.
We’re only things on the planet that would rather starve ourselves, our friends, our families - than admit we were wrong about something.
