Excuse me for being a legal dummy, but why is the fact they received immunity a bad deal? Because they can’t be prosecuted? Is that it? We don’t want them , we want the “big boss”, right? They can point the finger at someone, but they can’t be prosecuted for any “dealings” they may or may not have had with the accused? (in this case I am saying would be clinton).

to get immunity they are supposed to give evidence to get the bigger fish, a proffer..FBI got nothing lets see their proffers.
Immunity from prosecution is usually granted in return for something, and that is spelled out in a written agreement. If all they had to do under their agreement was cooperate in the investigation, once they have done that, they are home free. If the agreement did not include testifying in court in case of prosecution, too bad for “justice.”
