As the MSM (which now includes FOX News) feign incredulity over the Trump taps, sitting on panels interviewing EACH OTHER, it’s nothing new. It’s not a shocking development. We all knew this about the press.
They are succeeding in an Alinsky tactic of fracturing the GOP. The GOP has always been a circular firing squad anyway, bending backwards as far as it takes to avoid ANY negative press coverage.
The tribal tactics of the dems are succeeding because of the cannibalistic behavior of republicans - eating their own. The tribes hang together while the cannibals eat themselves out of house and home.
The media’s legs are tingling at the antics of the Paul Ryans, John mccains, and the Bushs. They see it as cutting off the head of the snake...a snake whose body deserted the head long ago.
If Trump wins, they’ll come crawling back around. But we’ve seen - first hand - their brand of “loyalty”...or lack, thereof.
If Trump loses, the GOPe will see OUR brand of loyal rt - or lack thereof - in future election, if Hillary doesn’t outlaw future elections by executive fiat.
Either way, if he loses there will never be another republican president - at least, without another civil war.

I know someone who used to work for LBJ. He was a young man at the time and no prude but he said that LBJ was so sexually gross that it was hard to keep an impassive expression around him.
