I seem to remember something about a watchdog group trying to audit this "foundation", but, they couldn't. The comment from the watchdog was that it was impossible to do an audit because the "foundation" was not set up like a typical charitable organization; but, it was set up more like a "slush fund".
I don't think that info got much traction; but, I remember at the time thinking that it sounded like a Clinton operation.

A tax-exempt is audited on (1) it's do-good fund raising efforts, and, (2) how they spent the money raised. Diverting money raised for one cause and using it elsehere is considered mail/electronic fraud.
As the Clinton Foundation's vice-chair, how many fund-raising letters did little Chelsea sign off on?
