Yes, that is a very sad commentary on the state of our culture, isn’t it?
Within 4-6 weeks, the place went from adequate - not fancy, but safe and clean - to near slum conditions. Windows broken out, trash everywhere, cars vandalized, doors kicked in. The area for mailboxes was destroyed when someone drove a car through it.
I'm sure that drugs were there before - I'm not that naïve - but it went from kids smoking pot behind closed doors to people dealing and fighting in the parking lot.
I couldn't get moved fast enough. It was almost like I got up and went to work one morning and everything was fine, and I came home to a war zone - that's what it felt like.

In my area the hives being built for childless American worker drones are required to have Section 8 units set aside; PC has nothing to do with it. As the ghettoes run out of money there is a desperate search for suburban hosts that can house, clothe, and feed the gibsmedats - but most importantly, to pay the teachers and emergency responders those slums can no longer afford. These don’t tend to destroy “white neighborhoods” because as the white population shrinks (due to a negative birthrate and flight to greener pastures) these areas are increasingly Asian and Hispanic anyway.
