As long as Trump is president-elect on Nov 9th, fine. I can see Obama justifying a pardon of Hillary in order to secure the classified information on the unclassified network. A loss in the election would eat away at Hillary for the rest of her life.
Now, I can't see any justification of a pardon for the Clinton Foundation issues. I think Bill and Hillary are on their own regarding that if Hillary loses.
So, using public transportation for all this, they 1) go to work in the morning, 2) go home to vote at their local voting location during the day, 3) go back to work, and then 4) go home again at the end of the shift?

I think the only criteria is that a pardon is granted for a specifically named past action, regardless of the status of any pending current or future proceeding.
So in other words, if no one knew about the server until Obama revealed it on Nov 10, 2016, he could pardon her for any charges related to her having that server while serving as SOS, even before an investigation had occurred.
He just cannot pardon people for any acts not yet committed, or provide any blanket pardon for any or all unknown crimes they may have committed in the past.

Trump should Easily put 3M votes in the box.. For Hillary to do that she will need to perform as well as Obama in 12 and she doesn’t have the support.
Remmington poll last week showed what is obvious she has no support outside of Philly. She won’t perform anywhere near Barry’s 12 numbers..
She’s losing Erie, Harrisburg and barely winning Pittsburgh. In 2012 these regions accounted for 130k+ of Obama’s 300k victory.. She’ll be lucky likely to only see a net gain of 20k of that from those regions this year and Trump should easily hit 3M votes. Meaning Hillary must get 100,000+ more votes out of Philly than Barry did in 12 to hav any shot, and would have to perform on par with home everywhere else other than those 3 counties I just mentioned. And she won’t do it.
Assuming Trump puts 3M in the box, which I think he will.. 04,08 and 12 R all got roughly 2.7M. Trump should easily get 300k more votes than any of them.
Time will tell but I think Hillary will be looking at 2.5-2.6M votes in the box at the end of the night.
No, they just get the afternoon off to go vote. The union ponies up for busses to take them to the polls. On the way to the polling places, they’re given a nice lunch and maybe an adult beverage or two. It’s a party.

I also think that Trump wins PA. If he is running even with Hillary in the Pittsburgh area, I don’t see how Hillary wins the state. Trump will win the T by huge margins. She won’t get as many votes from Philly as Obama did.

Remmington poll showed her only up 2 in Pitt which equates to about 20k votes.. Obama took it by 90k. He’s up in Erie and Harrisburg 2 other areas O won outside of Philly... Those 3 areas added 130k votes to O in 12. With numbers out of Remington poll, if they are right Hillary might net 10-20k at best meaning to hit the 3M votes that O got in 12 she’ll need 100k+ more votes and that assumes that Trump doesn’t put more than 3M votes in the box.
I just don’t see any way Hillary can win here. Trump is certainly the most popular and motivating R candidate in nearly 30 years.. And as I said with dog candidates the Rs have consistently put 2.7M ish on the box.. Trump should easily get 3M. Meaning Hillary must perform at least at Obama 12 levels and that just isn’t going to happen. She has Zero enthusiasm and support...
