She would have to admit all her crimes to Obama in order for him to write the pardons. Funding and abetting Isis...treason.

The long standing tradition did not ever involve a candidate with her criminal liabilities. She was a criminal before she was a candidate. She is not being punished for being a candidate.

Have you not been part of the majority of Trump supporters who have been demanding to ‘drain the swamp’?

Our country has become a banana republic while using almost every agency to defy laws and use those appointed to power to hide their crimes. That is a banana republic! Bringing law and order and rooting out corruption is an end to such staggering lawlessness. Drain the Swamp!! They are not too big to prosecute and not to big to jail. Period.

Exactly, can't understand these freepers who think it's ok to ignore the incredible corruption committed by the Clinton mafia. This goes way beyond the serious compromise of top level intelligence, this pay for favor business has helped coerce our politicians to allow our military forces to do the bidding of various Mideast governments over there.

At one point a year or two ago our air force was providing air cover for ISIS in service of the Saudis and Quataris in their advance against Assad's Syrian army. Clinton received millions from them for this favor. The elites are using our military personal as expendable pawns in this mideast game of throwns, very little of which appears to be of benefit to our own interests in the region. This corruption must be stopped.

“But he can’t pardon himself...”

He’ll have to indict her first, or it won’t be valid.

How can there be a pardon for a criminal act that hasn’t already reached a conviction? Pardon my ignorance of your laws, but in Canada a pardon implies that a conviction has already occurred.

I had the same question, but other Freepers have pointed to the example of Gerald Ford pardoning Nixon, who wasn't convicted, either.

Aside from keeping that hideous lumpy marxist ass out of OUR White House, there's the NYPD and however many other state laws can be shown to have been broken.

Any pardon Jugears might sell the bitch has NO effect on state charges .. NYPD has it all AND they love Rudy.

Personally, I'd like to the bitch plopped down in the middle of Port Au Prince for the folks down there to show her their 'gratitude'.

HOW can a PARDON be issued when she has not been charged, much less CONVICTED? WHAT?! There has never, to my knowledge, been a “preemptive” pardon issued before a conviction for anyone in history.

A little bird tells me that you are thinking of begging Obama to pardon your friend/associates in the Ajrawat Crime Family. I think you should do that ASAP - neither you not Aulakh or your Paki partners will get any mercy from a Trump administration. LOL

If he thought he could get away with it, he’d try it.

Trump should play a little chicken with Obama and pretend like he won’t pursue legal action against her and then change his mind. Heck, she’s a pedo. She should rot in jail for that alone.

“Can you pardon someone for a crime they haven’t even been charged with yet?”

absolutely. Ford did it for Nixon. Presidential pardon power is nearly unlimited.

Jay Sekulow said a president can pardon himself, which surprised me.

Obama is in between a rock and a hard place right now for him to use his “Pardoning Pen” for Hillary. I do believe he will pardon her from Date X to Date Z. Where does his criminal activity fall in between those dates? We know the Obamas and Clintons are not considered friends. Obama wanted his “Legacy” to prevail. What Legacy would that be?

Too many questions here!

I did not see your post. With politicians, anything is reasonable to them.

due to an 1867 Supreme Court ruling, presidential pardons can cover all unknown, uncharged crimes

***********

Interesting and thanks for the response. I’m certainly no expert on pardons so that may well be true, but it seems a stretch to pardon someone for yet to be defined crimes that are completely lacking in legal specifics or even demonstrable evidence. So far, neither seem to have been presented or defined. But I could be wrong.

In any event, with Obama I’m sure Hillary can find a way to make a few contributions that would facilitate anything she wanted. That’s how this crowd rolls.
