For those of you who don't know who Michael Shannon is, he has an upcoming movie coming out called, "Nocturnal Animals". He has quite a few credits to his name (as an actor), but for me he is better known as his uncanny resemblance to "Lurch".

He’s really taken his method acting to heart. He still sounds like General Zod.

Never heard of him, but I don’t watch much TV. That said, it’s another wonderful example of how tolerant the left is - all those who disagree with them should die. Wonderful.

Funny how everyone talking civil war skips over the secession part.

I had to Google him. From his long list of credits, the only thing I recognized was a guest spot on Special Victims Unit.
Pretty much a nobody.

Hey, Michael Shannon. Forget for a moment that I’ve never heard of you, and think instead about this: I am 65, which makes me a senior. I voted for Trump. Now, come get me, tough guy!

Well, now we know where we stand, don’ t we?
This kind of inflammatory rhetoric is dangerous. The press should use more discretion in publishing it.

I’m sure the investors in his latest movie Nocturnal Animals are thrilled with his comments just as the film hits the streets.

I think it’s time for the federal government to impose a movie and theater ticket tax to help support children’s programs.
Maybe $2 a ticket for a movie ticket, and $20 for a theater ticket. It’s a good start, and it’s for the children.

This guy is petitioning for the murder of innocent citizens?
So, if I offer, $10,000 cash, for his nose, that's fine & dandy.
Ten grand, to the person (I'm looking at you crackheads) that brings me this commie b@stard's nose is just serving the public interest, I guess.

This is a little off topic, but Shannon’s puerile, inane remarks make me think of a documentary I watched some years back on TCM. It discussed the generation of actors who served in World War II and Korea and how being in the military very much influenced their work. You can think of names like Eddie Albert, James Stewart, James Garner, and many others from that era and know the timelessness of the movies and TV programs that they made, regardless if they were Republicans (Stewart) or Democrats (Garner).
