Nothing persuasive at all. Hillary had proportionally more paper votes than machine votes in Wisconsin. Why did it have to be machine tampering? It could have been fraudulent paper ballots. Or purely differences between the voters in various locations. There is NO direct evidence of tampering. It’s circumstantial. And Michigan? They use paper ballots statewide. Michigan was obviously included in the report because they need that to get to their desired EV total. FAIL!
Even liberal CNN debunked it as a conspiracy theory.
It rests on a series of conjectures with no real evidence to support them.
A recount would do what? Hopefully the moonbats will come to their senses after the weekend and move on.

eliminate all that voter fraud in the biggest cities and those three states probably chose Mr Trump by an additional million or more votes
These folks do NOT want a vote recount with Philly, Detroit, and Milwaukee in the mix. They only want a recount if they could do it fraudulently ... and maybe stuff a few hundred more ballot boxes full of fake D ballots into the count

I'm sure this is why the Clinton campaign knew they'd have to concede once they got Hillary through her drunken rage.
If anyone was really serious about contesting this election they'd be calling for recounts in more states (or even just in Maine's one district that ended up in Trump's column) -- just to give themselves a margin of error.
