Again we are skipping over the secession part. CA and TX will both secede peacefully. Each will take a lot of smaller states with them.
While I agree chances are slim anything will come from this, the Left is relentless, ruthless and has no moral principles. Example, Wisconsin, Norm Coleman, Al Franken Senate race. If there’s a way to cheat and win, they will find it.
It doesn't take a full civil war, the 3%, or the Oath Keepers to shut down a city with cold/hunger. How many truckers/farmers would it take to disable the interstates into and out of a major city? A small number of large vehicles permanently disabled and blocking the shoulders and traffic lanes, inbound and outbound, perhaps even chained/welded together to delay towing even once they could be reached, would do it. Throw in the traffic stuck behind them, perhaps a second group of large vehicles blocking the stuck vehicles from being driven out backwards, and by the time the large vehicles could be removed, the traffic jam behind them would no longer have drivers.
Anyone who wants to steal an election would have to contend with extreme, widespread, just-in-time-inventory hunger. I don't think enough of America's enemies are desperate enough to try that. Yet.
Occupation of Flying J/Pilot and Truckstops of America and Petro truck stops with threats of what you mentioned will stop the truck traffic.
Splitting up the country is exactly what soros wants. To weaken America to the point we can’t stop him and his buddies from taking over the world. He wants us all as slaves.

The USA is divided Socialist/Freedom 50-50. The two groups cannot live much longer in the same country. Time to divide it up. It’s cruel to keep living like this for all concerned. Quaint ideas about union are ridiculous at this point. The American empire is finished.

It is bigger than just the dem party. It is the globalist that have lost power with a Trump presidency. If they can not destroy America from within the government then war, civil or economic, is just fine with them. If Trump gets in it will be one firestorm after another.
Really??? Ask Black Lives Matter, Nation of Islam, Communist, Black Panthers, eco groups, muslims, and gangs if they are ready to kill their fellow citizens for the dems? The whole purpose of riling these groups up is to get them into street wars with citizens when dems need them.
If it gets to a point that guns come out it will be ugly in every city.

I also believe that the WI recount will happen quickly and show little change. I don't think the PA recount even happens as I don't think she (Stein) can make a case there. Without PA, the whole exercise is academic.
