Maybe that’s why Roger’s friend became a mole and he documented their intentions very publicly. He’s effectively warned the agency to do their job and be aware of those specific threats. They can’t pretend they weren’t informed and look the other way.
It’s too late for them to plead ignorance, military -national guard, and special operations are now aware and they must consider the specific threats that that have been made public.
