Yes, then defund to $1 per year and trash those "UN World Heritage Site" signs from our parks that infer that the UN has some claim to that property.
Let them oversee turning Somalia into a multicultural paradise to resettle all of the refugees in the world who just can't make it in first world society.
Somalia has the climate of California, the population density of Kansas and 2000 miles of coastline astride one of the busiest trade routes in the world.
Since the west has a thing against colonialism, give China a mandate to govern and oversee this glorious project.
