TIMELINE OF RUSSIAN DOSSIER/ BY FEDORA
2009-2012: Uranium One chairman Ian Tefler begins funneling an eventual $2.35 million to Clinton Foundation through the Fernwood Foundation, a Canadian entity, and through the Clinton Giustra Sustainable Growth Initiative; the Clinton Foundation fails to disclose this in its tax records; Uranium One associates Robert Disbrow, Paul Reynolds, and Frank Holmes also make multi-million dollar donations to the Clinton Foundation.

============================================

The NYT reported that these uranium investors donated to the Clinton Foundation:

<><> Canadian Frank Giustra—globe-trotting pal of Bill-—donated $31.3 million and a pledge for $100 million more to the Clinton Foundation. Giustra built a company that later merged with Uranium One. Seems to have facilitated the uranium sell-off.

<><> Canadian Ian Telfer—donated $2.35 million to the Clinton Foundation. Mining investor who was chairman of Uranium One when an arm of the Russian government, Rosatom, acquired it.

<><>Paul Reynolds—donated $1 million to $5 million to the Clinton Foundation Adviser on 2007 UrAsia-Uranium One merger. Later helped raise $260 million for the company.

<><>Frank Holmes-—donated $250,000 to $500,000 to the Clinton Foundation. Chief Executive of U.S. Global Investors Inc., which held $4.7 million in Uranium One shares in the first quarter of 2011.

<><> Canadian Neil Woodyer-—Founded Endeavour Mining with Giustra—donated $50,000 to $100,000 to the Clinton Foundation. Adviser to Uranium One.

<><> GMP Securities Ltd.-—Donating portion of profits to the Clinton Foundation. Worked on debt issue that raised $260 million for Uranium One (could be part of the money-laundering apparat---aided and abetted under cover of the "do-good foundations").

=============================================

NOTE: The IRS conforms that the biggest tax evasion and money laundering frauds occur when one foundation writes a check to another foundation. The recipient takes a cut then deposits the rest offshore for the donor's use later....all tax-free.

Thanks for expanding on that angle. One thing that has me curious there is whether something happened that caused the Clintons and Putin to fall out at some point before the Ukraine Revolution.

I do remember the picture of them in the jet. And then Romney was called into the cabinet talks—and since then I haven’t heard much of him.

Here's Hillary, Amb Pickering (a Republican said he voted for Hillary),
and, left, Frank Giustra, Prez Bill's globe-trotting crony.

Meet billionaire Frank Giustra. He's a mining expert......
he facilitated the takeover of US uranium assets....
he received your tax dollars from Hillary's State Dept.

================================================

Canadian mining magnate Frank Giustra is one of the Clinton Foundation’s largest donors.

Giustra's $100 million contributions go directly:

<><> (1) to the tax-exempt Clinton Foundation, and,

<><> (2) to the Canada-based "Clinton-Giustra Enterprise Partnership."

The "Clinton-Giustra Enterprise Partnership" in turn sends money to
the Clinton Foundation...(according to Canadian tax records researched by
"Clinton Cash" author Schweizer).

This kind of fits what I thought about the UK government/intelligence community being divided over this: "Over the course the campaign, British officials were as alarmed as their US counterparts over the extent of contacts between Trump advisers and Moscow and by Trump’s consistently pro-Russian stance on a range of foreign policy issues. However, those officials now say they are in a difficult position since the election, as Theresa May’s government is striving to solidify ties with the incoming Trump administration, in part to counter-balance the UK’s accelerating drift from Europe."

Well that’s extremely interesting. Especially since Steele was part of that Litvinenko poisoning case.

I remember clearly. I turned to Mrs. mad and said that Romney was very rattled, Trump read him the riot act. I knew Romney was in for a tough ride when the image of him at the airport waiting for a cab surfaced. Trump didn’t even send a car for him. lol....

It’s unsourced and partisan oppo research. A steaming pile if there ever was one. The idea the FSB gave this random brit the crown jewels is ludicrous.

The Clintons are in thick w/ Giustra.

ITEM---Cameras snapping, Bill Clinton and his best buddy, gold mining
mogul, Frank Giustra made a big show of Clinton/Giustra "do-goodism"
in earthquake-ravaged dirt-poor Haiti.

=====================================================

ITEM--Recently leaked State Dept e-mails (from the Podesta dump) marked FOB “Friends of Bill”, indicate Clinton State Dept insiders may have given "FOB" official State Dept priority as it prepared to spend some $10 billion tax dollars---aid after a 2010 devastating earthquake in Haiti. The State Dept denied any special treatment.

Canadian mining magnate Frank Giustra (he facilitated the sale of US uranium deposits), pledged $100 million to the Clinton Foundation in 2005 and later benefited from the foundation’s philanthropic work in Columbia where Giustra acquired large parcels of land and set up an oil business, according to watchdog groups. (hat tip NY POST)

===========================================

Another person who profited from Haiti’s earthquake was Hillary Clinton’s younger brother Tony Rodham. In October 2013, he joined the board of Haiti's VCS Mining.

In December 2012, VCS Mining was one of two companies to win a contract to mine for gold in Haiti. Haiti had not issued permits to mine gold in almost 50 years prior to this deal. How did VCS do it? Did Giustra help?

In 2012, VCS chief executive Angelo Viard met Tony Rodham at a Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) event. If Viard didn’t hire Rodham because of his family ties, then why did he also pay $20,000 membership fee to the Clinton Foundation.

================================================

ITEM---MOBILIZE THE WAY BACK MACHINE---all aspects of Bill Clinton's presidency and his foreign aid proclivities must be explored. Massive amounts of Clinton foreign aid to Colombia my have paved the way for Clinton Foundation buck-raking. News outlets reported: Clinton Foundation charity setup a money-making private equity fund in the corrupt Central American country of Colombia.

Why Colombia?

WIKI REFERENCE---In 2000, the Clinton administration committed $1.3 billion in foreign aid to the corrupt country of Colombia...... and up to five hundred military personnel to train local forces. An additional three hundred civilian personnel were allowed to assist in the eradication of coca.

The Clinton deal was an addition to $330 million of previously approved US aid to Colombia. $818 million was earmarked for 2000, with $256 million for 2001.

The Clinton-era appropriations for his Colombia Plan made Colombia the third largest recipient of foreign aid from the United States at the time.

--SNIP--

As of 2008, the U.S. has provided nearly $1.3 billion to Colombia through Clinton Plan Colombia nonmilitary aid programs:

<><> Alternative Development (2000-2008 cost: $500 million)

<><> Internally Displaced Persons (2000-2008 cost: $247 million)

<><> Demobilization and Reintegration (2000-2008 cost: $44 million)

<><> Democracy and Human Rights (2000-2008 cost: $158 million)

<><> Promote the Rule of Law (2000-2008 cost: $238 million)

LONG READ--REST AT https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plan_Colombia

==============================

04/16/2008----Former President Bill Clinton has earned hundreds of thousands of dollars speaking on behalf of a Colombia-based group pushing the trade pact, and representatives of that organization tell The Huffington Post that the former president shared their sentiment.

In June 2005, Clinton was paid $800,000 by the Colombia-based Gold Service International to give four speeches throughout Latin America. The organization is, ostensibly, a development group tasked with bringing investment to the country and educating world leaders about the Colombia’s business opportunities.

The group’s chief operating officer, Andres Franco, said in an interview that the group supports the congressional ratification of the free trade agreement and that, when Clinton was on his speaking tour, he expressed similar opinions. “He was supportive of the trade agreement at the time that he came, but that was several years ago.

In the present context, I don’t know what his position would be. It is not only about union trade rights. It is about what benefit or damage it can do to the US economy,” said Franco. “Events with the Clinton campaign [concerning Mark Penn] are not good at all for the trade agreement... Right now it became a campaign issues and that is sad, because it needs to go through.”

The comments were supported by a June 23, 2005 article from the news portal Terra (uncovered by Ben Smith at Politico) in which Clinton offered unambiguous support for the free trade agreement with Colombia.

They appear to be the first public indication that Clinton has, at least in the past, supported the trade deal. But evidence that the former president has been sympathetic to Colombia’s position is widely known. In 2007, Clinton met personally with and accepted an award from Colombia’s controversial president, Alvaro Uribe, during a time when the country was attempting to improve its image within the United States.

Subsequently, Clinton urged Congress to view the country in a more favorable light.

Moreover, Clinton has helped Frank Giustra, one of the biggest donors to the Clinton Global Initiative, score meetings with high-ranking Colombian officials. Giustra has several business interests in the country, and both he and Clinton have collaborated on an effort to (cough) "fight poverty in developing world by partnering up with mining companies in Colombia and elsewhere." ==============================================

UT OH---Obama/s now requesting billions for Colombia---to (cough) curb the drug trade.
