The “judge” just said we can’t deport them ...yet. She knows it’s his Constitutional prerogative and that she will be overturned and they don’t have to be let into the country to roam free.

Does this judge have jurisdiction outside of New York or whatever territory that the federal district covers? If not, then the ruling would apply only to the federal district that New York is in.
Also what about this? A jet in the air on its way TO New York isn’t in the space covered by that judge’s ruling or in any such jurisdiction, no matter what. As per a new order that Trump could maybe issue as CiC, passenger jets carrying persons from the banned countries could be denied landing rights. Divert them to Canada or somewhere else. Up the ante.
