Law doesn’t matter to liberals.
Law doesnt matter to liberals.
Gee, this f**kn judge did this on a Friday evening.
the law is very clear. the judge ruling is not. further it applies ...nationwide... whereas the presidents order applies globally. in othet words the judge cannot make any order ouside is jurisdiction. its pretty fundamental. so fundamental that this judgeneeds to lose his position over it.
Yep, on purpose on Friday.
And with Trump out of D.C.
Judge is male. Any other info appreciated.
This judge knows whether someone wants to kill Americans because they teach you to read minds at law school.

This won’t stand though. It can’t, it’s totally not constitutional for judges to rule on immigration policy. These are people who are not here, and not citizens. They do not have right to come into this country. The president has the right and power to control immigration. AS IT HAS BEEN THROUGHOUT HISTORY.
Once this gets judges nonsense order gets lifted Trump should extend his EO for a year and include MORE countries.
In review of the EO versus Judge’s order, only certain parts of the order are included in TRO. Visa, limits on refugees, etc. remain. Travel ban from these countries is all that is included in TRO. Sections: 3(c), 5(a,b,c and e).
visas are issued to non citizens nased on merit. a judge that rules on american law has no jurisdiction over foreigners. american law only applies to them when they are on american soil.
W. Bush appointee. Souter clone.
Per Drudge: Judge James Robart, who was appointed by former President George Bush in 2003, ruled the executive order would be stopped nationwide, effective immediately.
Judge is part of the “swamp” and needs to “drained”.
When GW bush wasn’t invading Iraq illegally, he was appointing judges like this faggot and john roberts. I have grown to detest the SOB.
How does a judge in Washington state maybe in just the 9th circuit, have authority over the entire country?
