The almanac indicates they are below average in precipitation this month. Nice dam.
Being the main Oroville Dam spillway had concrete failure and what the spillway looks like today makes me wonder whether the whole spillway will have to be replaced? How long would that take and how do they keep water running into the feather river over the summer?
