Remember the two boys from Arkansas who shot up their school about 20 years ago? According to the law as was then written, they could not be charged as adults even though they had murdered five. They were supposed to be released on their 18th birthdays, but Arkansas figured out a way to hold them until they turned 21, when they were given new identities and released with completely clean records. So “permanent” apparently doesn’t mean what we think it means.
One time my friend and me hid in the woody area next to a main st and threw snowballs at a police car passing by and then retreated further back. They stopped and went after us yelling but not for long. I didn’t dare try that stunt again. Just glad we didn’t get caught. Stupid yutes we was.
Probably doesn’t know his father. Probably doesn’t have a decent mother since he’s out on the streets causing problems when he should have been in History class learning about the founding fathers.
He already ratted out four of his friends. with a little pressure applied to these punks, it wont be long till we find out the adults who encouraged this behavior. Aiding and abetting to the delinquency of a minor should not go unpunished.
I always enjoyed Industrial Arts.. good thing they didn’t offer lapidary as a side course at this school.. no telling what they might have tossed.

I’ll wager that this kid’s attitude was formulated by what he has heard at home and quite possibly from teacher(s).
