Just showing what most dems are. Cold, heartless, baby killing pieces of ####.
Schmuck is right. If I was a member of Colmes’ family I think I’d be shopping for a kneecapping.
Oh dear. A liberal used liberal tactics against another liberal.
This is very upsetting to liberals.
I’m finding it difficult to disagree with the guy’s assessment. Now, whether or not it should be in an obit is another matter, I suppose......
If Slate has even slight amount of scruples, they’ll can his azz so fast.....
Just being the classless, mean, bitter haters that they are.
Out of genuine fear he will piss in open caskets, Chotiner is only invited to closed casket funerals and celebrations of life after cremations. What a human pig.
They even label and disparage their own upon death.
I think this is a pretty good example of the difference between liberals and today’s fascist lefties. Colmes was the former, this putz is the latter.
If Zippy The Pinhead wore a partial toupee...
All jokes aside, the author is largely correct in his assessment. Ailes knew how to pick his frontmen.
Not many talk hosts would have stayed to absorb all the snark and abuse, albeit goodnatured. Colmes was the perfect foil for Hannity back then. One far less telegenic than the other, one far more able to articulate the positive aspects of his party vs focusing on character slander and the shrill arguments of touchy feely, unsettled science.
It was like big time wrestling, but while wearing suits.
Television is all about entertainment and redirection.
I was not a fan but this attack is BS!!!!!
Exactly.
This obit writer is the vermin of the left..
No class....and he won’t ever even need an obit written because he’s such a loser
Alan held his own against Hannity, knowing full well that the audience was on Hannity’s side. The premise of the show got old and you described it perfectly via “pro wrestling.”
They even have to denigrate the dead.
I was never a Colmes fan, but this guy is the archetypal awful leftist. Classless, obnoxious, completely lacking in social graces and damn proud of it.
They do tend to eat their own
“whether or not it should be in an obit is another matter.”
Correct. If he wanted to say this to or about Colmes while he was alive, good, go ahead the man was a public figure and I’m pretty sure he could take the heat.
But to publish stuff like that as an “obit”? Come on, even the NY Times doesn’t pull cr*p like that.
It’s called having respect - for the dead, for the living and for one’s self. Clearly this author and Slate have ZERO.
