Back in 2002 at Intel, their was a top secret memo sent out to all 2nd level managers to find ANY way to taint direct employees files to use as justification for termination.
Every white American, man or woman working at Intel I know got tagged by this.
I only know one Indian who was and she should have been fired after her first 3 months.
It was also why Craig Barret was essentially fired from Intel.
It was HIS idea.
Surely it was couched as an ethics screening. While having ulterior motives itself.
At least we can all work to be good if the beautiful is out of reach....

Politics possibly? Trump may want to wait until closer to the midterms to cut the program for the midterms bump. Scaling back the pay for play aspects of the program gives me hope he’ll go all the way and gut it eventually.
Remember did go to Orlando & brought a couple of the Disney IT workers & Sara Blackwell on stage. This did bring hope that something would finally be done about the H1-B.
Now, there’s nothing. Not even a priority.

I think you are missing a very clear point. Money. Trump would do the same thing.. remember the polish workers. It’s about TaxDodging. Too many taxes to pay for citizens. And they are cheap democrat voters... sounds like a win, win, win for any liberal business, including trump. He is intent on Amnesty for dreamers and a trillion dollar stimulus. After the CEO Christmas payouts, he is Obama light. He is going to wall in the dreamers, so tell me, how many illegals are going to voluntarily step up and say they aren’t dreamers?
