To establish standing to bring the suit in Federal Court, the Hawaii state AG used the argument that Hawaii state tourism would be impacted by the executive order and thus the state has standing to bring the suit.
Made me conjure up images of of a guy with a beard wearing a suicide snorkel.

This is what many are failing to see. Liberals know why Trump was elected and border/national security was the #1 issue. These activists are STOPPING THE WILL OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, Trump is irrelevant.

That is such a BS argument... if one state can have standing to challenge the POTUS on grounds of tourism impact, then all 50 states have standing to challenge the POTUS on the same grounds, and the president has no real authority to limit immigration on national security grounds and must in fact demonstrate to the court that the national security interest outweighs the economic interest of the state challenging POTUS actions PRIOR to any limitations. Absurd. Anyway, what the hell does standing have to do with jurisdiction anyway?!
Then why does DJT not let Sessions loose on this sordid affair? I hope that Trump will not play the same game that GWB played by keeping quiet and not defending himself.
I believe I will find it difficult to vote for anyone other than Trump that has “incumbent” by their name....
Duh. Maybe there is at least one Federal judge who has the smallest clue about actual USA law.
I am not being critical of Trump when I say he is irrelevant. We, the people are the targets, the liberals saw an uprising in this election and we must be stopped.
I agree 100% with that.....
Stopping Trump weakens we, the people’s “political” power, but it will not stop what could happen because of that....
