I’m not 100% positive that all this talk was anything but that, talk.
It would be a weird thing to build up an obsession over... and yet on one level it even makes a kind of perverse sense. What if one felt that the relationships between parents and children had become so bad, that it was all going to hell? How might one express that by way of irony or taunts? Maybe one would start talking about child abuse in disgusting terms and making a big joke out of it?
Various forms of evil have a way of feeding into one another. The devil plans strategies to reinforce the effect of one evil with another evil and so on. Picking this scheme apart requires patience and discernment.
Anyhow, the short version of this is that yes, Alex probably did go off half cocked. He didn’t have the evidence needed to make the connection between smoke and putative fire stick. And trash talk is a disgustingly common thing in this world. Much of FR would be in jail if trash talk equated to the corresponding crime.
I’m not convinced that pizzagate is fake, but I know Jones is a charlatan.
There are a group of things that comprise one’s earthly fortunes, family among them.
We will not give you a break from the sheer logic here. Even the bible says be sure your forces are equal to the foe if you expect a victory.
Pizzagate may or may not be true but I don’t believe in smearing people by implying they’re child molesters unless there is very strong evidence to support it.
A sensationalist like that can’t make headway against something that is more tenacious than sensationalism is.
It’s pretty sad if Alex is considered to “rock.” Sounds more like a tabloid writer.
There could well have been trash talk going on. There are a number of things that could give rise to trash talk, among them the idea that it is somehow cool. That’s foolish, but again in this unwise world it could be common.
Lawsuit...more than likely.
And, Alex really isn’t set up with more power than to entertain. He has no detective division.
Alex could have asked what all this trash talk meant and kept it at that level, letting the public think for itself about what it might or might mean.

Perhaps but the left is also working over time to take down everyone who helped Trump. You-tube is getting rid of conservative channels, Facebook and Twitter are censoring posts...

I take Alex Jones as I take all media...as part of a greater whole. There is much of what Jones speaks of that can be backed up by articles, and other media which one can go and read oneself.
Just like I don’t take the NYT or my local paper as the ultimate source, but as a source to partake to fill out the picture.

What is absolute truth? There is really not any media source that is such. Jones can be entertaining, illuminating and aggravating. But is he a charlatan? That’s your opinion and you are welcome to it. I view him differently, but not the absolute truth, but his understanding of what he thinks is true. Those are two different things.
He is one of the good guys, or at least his heart is in the right place. I haven’t viewed his apology yet, but I supposed he bent the knee rather than go through a financially debilitating process.
Is Pizzagate real? I read the emails when released from Wikileaks. Some were down right strange such as those dealing with Spirit cooking. The Podesta hankie pizza map was another weird email. As for all the supposed code talk? I dunno if there is something there or not. Is there elite child sex rings. Probably. Is Podesta or Alefantis involved. I have no knowledge one way or another. I do know that Alefantis looked higher than a kite in a photo with Barney Frank.
And that is my opinion
My take on all of this:
There is the pizzagate issue and then there is the “code” to the Podesta emails. The major media wants to claim they are one and the same to keep attention away from the Podesta emails. I believe the Podesta emails are the more significant story.
The Podesta emails showed a wide variety of prominent people using the “code” which suggested a high level pedo ring covering politicians, media, Hollywood, business.
Other folks have speculated that these emails uncovered an intelligence community/blackmail operation—not real clear whose intelligence community is doing the blackmail—or maybe they combine forces and sell to the highest bidder—no clue on that.
Alex touched the third rail—and now he is trying to run away from it.
DC was and is a swamp—think ancient Rome or the royal court of ancient China and you may on the right track.
The Podesta emails were the Rosetta Stone we were never supposed to see.

They all know which side their bread is buttered on and where their bread is coming from - for Jones, it’s his conspiracy-obsessed true believers for whom he has to keep churning out the X-Filey stuff to get them to part with their bucks. I imagine they’d pretty miffed right about now about his half-fast mea culpa and probably have already come with conspiracies theories to explain it.

And you know, I watched in real time as 4chan downloaded his emails for the second time as the Idjit Podesta wouldn’t change his pass code to something beyond p@ssword. They wiped his ipad clean in real time. I watched it. It was funnier than all heck. They did this when his emails were being released by Wiki so they decided to see if the p@ssword was still good...it was.
And this is the man that was tapped to be Sec of State under Hillary? You gotta be kidding me.
What ever problems Trump may have being a novice as president, I wake up every morning thanking our Lord that HIllary is not in that office. I get cold sweats thinking about it.
