It's an accessory bullpup stock made to make scatterguns a bit more compact, an improvement over the more usual folding buttstck or pistol grips. They're made for the Remington 870 and Mossberg 500/600/ 550, though there are other similar models for other guns. Cost is around $300, plus the gun itself.

I'd guess. Mine looks much the same way. But I haven't measured anything except I know the barrel is a full 16.5". It is difficult to see the barrel end past the handguard, even on my 'puter screen, due to the shadows.
Except that the Antifa hardcore will also have concealed firearms. They are on their public websites, specifically advising their members to bring weapons to the next scheduled events.
I would expect that one of the hardcore teams will fire from the back of the Antifa ranks to cover their positions, or quickly run to the back after firing.
A number of unarmed people in the front ranks will be immediately hit in the crossfire. Then the police will get involved - and probably shoot more unarmed people in the flank assault and while chasing the visible shooters.
The best preventive measure is for the police to absolutely forbid anyone from wearing masks or hooded covers at these events, and to enforce that policy with immediate arrests.
Obvious video surveillance would also help prevent incidents.
