Robert14 is 100% correct. If Roberts were to be outed that he skirted the adoption laws, his SCOTUS days would come to a screeching halt. Still, now that we know about it, he still needs to go based on his ACA re-write alone. Be it that he did it because Obama’s goons gave him a “You better, or else” moment, he chose his own self interests rather than those of his country and the Constitution he swore to defend.

There was no wiretapping. There was wiretapping, but it was for national security reasons. The wiretapping was accidental, and that happens routinely. This sounds like a cheating husband’s lame excuse for being home late, or a corrupt lawyer trying a little of everything, not like honest responses. Just the tone of the innuendo against Team Trump and the plethora of excuses for why it didn’t happen but it’s okay that it did proves they are lying.
This fiasco proves President Trump is both honest and on our side. After recording him surreptitiously all year, they couldn’t get anything real on him at all. Go Trump!

It sure sounds like it. Keep in mind also that a couple of years ago the senate intelligence committee found out about it and Feinstein made a big deal out of it. At that time, we didn’t know it was throughout the congress.
If there was any “there” there the Rats would have never held it in reserve and would have tried to get Roberts to resign especially when Hussein would have had a chance to replace him. If they would have even allowed him to take the seat.
Nonsense, top-flight lawyers do not get tripped up by such relatively simple laws. Even non-lawyers get these adoptions through, maybe it gets complicated at some point but nothing a lawyer doesn’t handle everyday.
Why go through the effort when you already have him in your pocket on key votes and make it look like a “conservative” was on board with their worldview? This would give greater justification to their agenda.
