Waters is a Congressional district.
Navarro already lost once to Waters.
Waters never lost a race and never drew less than 71% of the vote in a Hispanic plurality district.

If Waters runs,( to be 79) what does Navarro do different to win ?

Her petitions (as with Pelosi and others running for CA fed legislative offices) ) should be referred to as California license to steal renewal applications.
He’s going to need to set up a serious look-see at the voter registrations and rolls in that district. I’ll bet there’s a ton of illegals able to vote there.
What really bothers me is that too many candidates allow the media to define their campaign. Using that “nativist” definition. What they should be screaming about is what is the value of having citizenship is and being an American citizen. I have yet to hear candidates in these sanctuary areas. Bring up these values and draw the comparison of treatment of what an American would get from the home country of the illegal.
They can’t vote, or own property in their name let alone get food stamps, or get energy assistance all of which eats at those state allocations which should be going to their citizens in need. Above all ignore all the other kinds of goodies these illegals are getting.
Instead those funds are getting diverted bankrupting the state. That includes steady revenue streams like taxes on gasoline which should be going to road repair but wind up diverted. Never mind what illegals are costing Californians in their local school districts.
If he does do this the media which should be trashed will be all over him.
