We need new judges, maybe better government attorneys as well.

No matter what President Trump does, the Democrats can always find a Democrat judge somewhere who will enjoin it.
Filling vacant judicial spots needs to be one of Trump’s highest priorities. There are currently about 130 judicial vacancies with more district court and court of appeals slots becoming vacant every year as judges retire. Trump cannot replace all of the Democrat judges, but he can sure reduce the percentage.
And just what are they gonna do if the money doesn’t flow ?

Conservatives barely talked about immigration for the last forty years. We are trying to fix the problem very suddenly from the very top with no base of support in Congress, no base of support in the legal field, in the media or in conservative think tanks which have been overwhelmingly hostile to immigration restriction.
The open borders advocates have had free reign to shape the debate for decades. It’s going to take years to overcome this advantage. It won’t be any easy fight. We are going to have to battle tenaciously every step of the way.
We need to do is to change the composition the GOP on immigration by electing new Reps. who are true believers in restriction. People like Steve King and Lou Barletta. We are going to have to get rid of the forked tongue type open borders lovers like Trey Gowdy and Bob Goodlatte who use lawyer speak to sound tough on immigration in the media while working to advance amnesty on the legislative side.
Trump is developing a habit of rolling over.
Maybe Trent Lott was right when he said years ago
that you can’t change Washington.
If Trump can’t do it, it can’t be done.
We shall see what the future holds for us all.
American Justice system is going to pay a big price for this as well as the Democrats.
They think they’ve won, but until SCOTUS decides ... and Trump needs to secure 1 solid 5-4 win on things like this before he can start ignoring them.
In the meantime, Start arresting people not turning over illegal aliens for aiding and abetting and human trafficking.
Just appeal every order and tie up the funding versus the court order. Sad a President can pardon a murderer but can’t protect this nation from murderers.
Parts of the Judicial Branch are acting defiantly and running contrary to the Supremacy Clause. Congress needs to eradicate the lower courts and start over. Federal judges are running contrary to explicit enumerations found in the US Constitution. These “judicial” pseudo-gods; must be destroyed by Congress.

One man, not elected by the public, can NOT make these decisions. Otherwise, any President could appoint a judge anywhere he wanted, with the judge being the supreme law maker in out country. It isn’t written that one man, not elected, can make laws! Congress makes laws! And congress had better step up... the republicans have all the power they asked for to be able to carry out what they promised... and it’s time Trump jumped all over them to get things working for him. If he doesn’t, he’s lost his fight.. and that is not supposed to happen. Enough time has passed ... enough patience has been shown.. it’s time to pounce! For the sake of succeeding... get this stuff DONE!

Judges like this need to be removed immediately. This guy blocked the videos of the planned parenthood abortion mills.
