When I worked in Washington, one of the agents was tasked with looking for illegals returning after deportation. His first stop was always DMV records, because the illegals would get a new “legal” driver’s license as soon as they returned. They had so little fear of the state cooperating even with local law enforcement that they would use their real names. The addresses were all fake.
Wrong...That’s not the way I read it.
What should be an i$$ue are the costs being chewed up by illegals at the expense of Californians with this Sanctuary state policy. Here us one source Californians should be looking at and start screaming...ENOUGH !

Correction; the word immigration should be singular not plural

Thanks! Good article but it still wouldn’t link.
Here’s another link, looks the same but your first two wouldn’t link for me:

Seems clear to me: “The bill would require the Board of Parole Hearings or the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, as applicable, to notify the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement of the scheduled release on parole or postrelease community supervision, or rerelease following a period of confinement pursuant to a parole revocation without a new commitment, of all persons confined to state prison serving a current term for the conviction of a violent or serious felony, or who has a prior conviction for a violent or serious felony.”
That illegal may not be prosecuted on that charge therefore will not be sent to jail or paroled.
Thanks. No Hyphen before costs. At first it seemed as if nobody was linking it and I’ve been wasting my time since I’ve posted it several times with that error in it..
There’s billion$ involved here. It seems and until it’s made an issue because the media ain’t gonna do it. It will continue. It baffles me why the Republicans don’t. In not doing so they’re letting the opposition frame the argument. Plus cheapening the value of having American citizenship. Frankly I’ll never understand why congressional blacks are supporting this.
Worse yet if one compares what an American would get if they were doing the same thing to the country these illegals are coming from . The media and the democrat/Rinos perversely jump on it as being racist or “nativist”. By what they’re claiming ‘ This should be what I call a “bread and butter issue” and a campaign issue .
