Why am I not surprised?

...only sentenced to four months in county jail after the judge feared a longer stretch could cost Hernaez his NASA internship. So NASA is down with keeping an intern who downloads not just plain old porn at work, but kiddie porn??!!

Santa Clara County, Calif., District Attorneys Office is known to protect criminals by plea down deals so that they can avoid deportations and criminal prosecution.

So NASA is down with keeping an intern who downloads not just plain old porn at work, but kiddie porn??!! Perhaps the intern's work was critical to NASA's muslim outreach program.

Zero tolerance for kiddie porn. Don’t care if the guy is Einstein. Needs to be removed from the gene pool. Yesterday.

Was this pig's immigration status also one of the reasons he was let off so lightly?

This tells me NASA higher-ups are okay with child porn, maybe themselves involved.

FYI, he’s Jeffrey F. Rosen!

Agreed. No one in their right mind would think that the feds would prosecute him. Anyone who still thinks that we are a Nation of laws, not men or in Hillary Clinton’s case. women is a fool.

I suspect huge swaths of the whole government are involved in this hideous perversion.

Good comment. I laughed, then realized it may NOT be a joke...

When my father-in-law was alive he worked at the Johnson Space Center in Houston. He was a supervisor in the electrical department and worked on the shuttle mock up. He was very frustrated at how people could keep a job there. Nothing like downloading porn but he would look for guys and find out they had left the premises or would find they sound asleep for hours in other offices. All he could do was write them up but nothing was ever done about it.
