You cannot be a Prosecutor without a law degree!
yet another reason Comey was unfit for office
If I am reading this rifght, Lynch obstructed justice.
Comey cited that pressure from Lynch to downplay the investigation as one of the reasons he held a press conference to recommend the Department of Justice not seek to indict Clinton.
//
WHAT!????
I’m sure the MSM will still be calling for Trump’s impeachment for Comey’s “feelings”.
Man, oh, man.
Yes, blowback! This must be investigated and prosecuted since this is evidence of obstruction of justice.
Comey had more to fear from the black lady because she worked for the democrat machine and they could have him killed if he crossed them.
bkmk
That is known as Monica Syndrome.
There is a away...Let me rephrase that, you can’t be a prosecutor or lawyer without passing the bar exam! So he got his JP by passing law exam without law degree....hmmm. His degree in other things. Might explain a few things. Wonder if someone took test for him?
When being questioned this morning, in the start of his answer he said: “I’m not a lawyer, so I don’t know, but I think...”
So if he is a lawyer, why not say it? If he wasn’t why would he pretend he was one, and is this why he screwed up so badly...was this the ‘blackmail’ someone had over him?
I don’t know either, because I KNOW I’M NOT A LAWYER, so how could he get anyone off of anything unless by doing it the ‘crime’ way, just like he did...
He meant he had not graduated from law school before taking bar exam. He did serve as a prosecutor (lawyer) per link I gave you in another post. In some states, you can take bar exam without your degree being a law degree, if you can pass it! I think that must be what he did, with all his law enforcement experience.
Saying he wasn’t a lawyer was just stating not trained as one, but prosecuting a case....well? What are you if not acting as a prosecuting attorney? Oh well. He has never acted as attorney to public is what I think he meant, but who knows...such a slimy guy!
I believe President Trump had dinner with Comey to size him up as a one who could be influenced by political methods. The dinner was an effort to flatter Comey and see if that flattery could change his direction of the Flynn investigation and the Russian investigation. President Trump wanted to confirm that the strange Loretta Lynch recusal and the end of the email investigation was the result of submitting to influence. That would build the case of obstruction against the Obama Regime. Notice that Comey told President Trump that he was not under investigation. That told Trump that Comey was willing to tell such a lie to garner political favor. Of course President Trump was under investigation. What else was Comey willing to say or do to garner political favor? It would be interesting to know what other tidbits of information Trump was able to pull from Comey at that diner.
And Comey is renowned for his integrity?
Lynch did not interfere with an ongoing investigation?
That smoking gun looks like it is on fire to me.
Comey got the message.
He started calling it a “matter”.
He also dropped it and exonerated her.
If “hope” is really an order to kill an investigation, then what does “it is not an investigation” mean?
And what does it mean when you comply across the board with Lynch?
So Comey has no integrity, no honor, no sense of doing what is right. Yet, head of FBI.
Asshole.
He said he complied, however, because he believed the media wouldnt buy into that take on it
Was determining “what the media would buy into” in his job description?
He “complied” because he knew obama would fire his ass if he didn’t play for Team Kenya.
*
So Comey complied with Lynch because “he felt” the mainstream media would not buy into his resistance to the falseness of the direction Lynch wanted him to take on the Clintons?
THE MEDIA!!!!???? What in the blazes of the nether regions.....?? words fail me...!
What was this guy...an FBI director or a media ad pitch man?
This was the same strategy he tried to use to keep from getting fired. .
