Yep... this is like the classic calling in bomb threats to schools, just a lot more expensive in terms of manpower needed to clear it and disruption to the port operations.
Since the threat came via YouTube, I would think the Feds should be able to track down its source... at least if it came from within the US.

Webb is both talking to Jason and listening to his source. As Webb hears ‘Memphis’, he passes it on as Memphis, TN. Then, his source corrects him ‘Maersk Memphis’.
Webb admits every day that is is just a stenographer for others who are in the intel community including FBI Field, NYPD, and foreign intel sources.
The reason he has credibility is that he broke so may things that were later confirmed.
He’s all over the place.

How real is the threat?
14 agents are on board with radiation detection technology investigating a limited number of containers. According to emergency officials, no radiation has been found at this time.
“The Maersk Memphis is currently moored at Charleston’s Wando terminal which has been evacuated while bomb detection units from federal, state and local law enforcement agencies investigate the threat,” Coast Guard officials said.
The Coast Guard says a unified command has been established to oversee the coordinated response.
The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office, SLED, Hazmat and EMS crews are also on scene.
